Every discipline gets real time in the air. Here's the rhythm of a typical week on the field.
Rotors take centre stage
Weekend mornings are when the Helicopter
Pad is busiest - hovering, 3D, precision work.
Fixed-wing and drone pilots are welcome
and share the field alongside the heli flying.
The runway belongs to fixed-wing
Weekend afternoons are set aside specifically for fixed-wing flying - trainers, scale, gliders and EDF jets get the runway to themselves without shared traffic. Fixed-Wing Runway: dedicated session - ideal for circuit training and scale flying.
Plenty of air for everyone
Midweek is wide open. Every discipline gets
generous time to fly, including large-scale
drone testing and EPA-run training sessions
for smaller drones.
